Help for Fast Track

The Fast Track page allows you to track up to 10 airbills at a time. You can track using the Forward Air airbill number or your own reference number that you have provided and which has been recorded by Forward Air. For each airbill found, the following information is displayed:

Reference Number: Either the 8 digit Forward Air airbill number or an alternate reference number provided by the customer.
Current Status: The current status of the airbill. It can either be in Received, Enroute, Arrived at Destination, Recovered, or Invoiced.
Origin: The origin Forward Air station code.
Dest The destination Forward Air station code.
Pieces: The piece count recorded for the current status. This is only displayed for airbills that are billed to your company.
Weight: The chargeable weight in pounds (L). This is only displayed for airbills that are billed to your company.
Last Handled: The last Forward Air station to handle the airbill.
POD Signed By: The name of the person signing for POD (proof of delivery).
POD Date: The date the POD signature was obtained.
Estimated Available: The estimated date of availability for pickup in local (L) time of the destination. It will be noted if this date has been adjusted by Forward Air.
Estimated Charges: An estimate, if available, of the expected invoice amount for the airbill. Estimated Charges are subject to change. The actual invoiced amount may vary.

The actual invoice amount is displayed for airbills with a Current Status of Invoiced. The actual invoiced amount may vary from the displayed amount. 

Airbill details can be viewed for airbills that are billed to your company. To view details, click on the Reference Number link.
