Based on demand and overall macro supply chain outlook, we anticipate an even greater reliance on our expedited industry during peak season. As a result, Forward will make modifications to some select schedules, pickup and delivery services, commodities accepted, surcharges and rates during the upcoming months to protect the service integrity of our expedited network. These steps are intended to support our customers during this high demand, low-capacity time period. A complete listing of these modifications can be accessed here.

Due to capacity challenges that are continuing, we will extend the long linehaul surcharge of 15% on select lanes of 2,000 miles or greater through the end of this year. Click here for a complete list of lanes subject to the surcharge.

Forward Air Premier Benefits

Forward Air Premier provides enhanced visibility to your shipments through tracking and through summary reports.  Online booking with FAST Book is also now available for our Premier customers who wish to book their shipments in advance and reduce their manual paper work. 

Not only can you track your shipments using Fast Track but you can get more detailed information including pieces, weight, and status history.

Summary reports are also available which show you all of your currently active shipments and all of those with POD information. These reports are available in downloadable formats.
