What does “Guaranteed” mean?
If Forward does not meet the committed delivery date, we refund the Guaranteed Service fee and the transportation cost. Accessorial charges and additional delivery attempt fees are not included in the refund.
Is Guaranteed Service available everywhere?
Door-to-Door Guaranteed Service is currently available only in select ZIP codes. When booking in Premier 2, EDI, or API, the system automatically displays the Guaranteed option when the lane is eligible.
What makes this different from standard Door-to-Door service?
